TRAVEL WITH EVELYN INC is not responsible for flight losses in case of delays during the migration, security, and/or late arrivals at the airport. Therefore, we recommend leaving with plenty of time and being at the airport a minimum of 3 hours before your flight's departure time.
The airline reserves the right to change flight schedules without prior notice.
Please note: If you join this tour after the start of our payment schedule, you will need to catch up on the payments from the previously scheduled dates at the time of booking.
If you have a medical condition, you must let us know when booking and you may need to purchase travel insurance.
No change of travel dates, route or names is permitted on any of our group trips. All travelers must depart and return on the same scheduled flights for this itinerary, both outward and return.
TRAVEL WITH EVELYN INC reserves the right to admission; therefore, any passenger (without exception) who significantly disrupts the course of the itinerary before or during the trip will be expelled without the right to any refund or travel credit. 🛑CANCELATION POLICY: 🛑
All group trips with TRAVEL WITH EVELYN INC are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE in their entirety.
If, for any reason of extreme health or the death of an immediate family member (parents, children, or grandparents), you must cancel your trip, you must provide the relevant proof to initiate the investigation process. If approved by the providers (airlines, hotels, among others), you will be granted a travel credit (non-refundable), valid for one year from the cancellation date.
For any other reason for cancellation reported on the dates mentioned below, you will receive a travel credit (non-refundable), valid for one year from the cancellation date, minus your initial deposit.
